    Hey,
    at first I have to say sorry for my bad english, but I hope you can understand everything.
    I'm 20 years old and I want to quit porn and masturbating, because I do it at least two times a day. I think that robbed me off the strenght and energy that I need.
    Besides, I have not fallen in love in the past 2 years.
    The reason for this may be that the lust was taken by porn.

    Long story short: I decided on Saturday to become a Fapstronaut and have not masturbated since. It's very hard, but I hope this forum can help me.

    Welcome to NoFap, your English is very good.

    Yes, online porn combined with masturbation can rob you of so much. It changes the brain and the body. Why go out and find real life sex? If online porn is so much better, the brain will demand that instead of sex with a real person. A situation most of us find ourselves in.

    I would recommend the "Getting Started with NoFap" guide. It is on the homepage of the website and is free to download. A very good place to start.

    Thank you so much for the good words. But I have to say that I relapsed last night. I am feeling so ashamed for that, I mean I've only had it for four days..

    But I will try it again and I will be at least 60 days without porn and masturbation.

    Hey. Four days is something. Try taking it one day at a time. Big numbers are very hard to imagine.
