Experiencing Flatline - Almost Certain

So, I have been pmo free for over 25 days so far. I took a trip to Miami where there were beautiful women all over the place. As I was walking around? No spontaneous erections. In my airbnb? When I was calm, yes I experienced them. So, at this point. I do feel dead and empty - mentally too. I take viibryd at 40mg and wellbutrin sr. Although, I've made a different approach. I'm seeing a more holistic psychiatrist to discuss this stuff with her. She seems to think the antidepressants put a bandaid over the problem and that's after 10+ years experience in conventional psychiatry. I told her my testosterone levels - 473 ng. She said - like my doctor, that they aren't great. So it's a lot of hormone testing, diet changes, alternative approaches to see how they work in opposition to the medication.

When I was sleeping, I experienced for sure, nocturnal erections. I could tell as I came in and out of sleep. But there was nothing sexual about my dreams. Guys, I don't know what to think except aside from logging on here and checking some investments/working, I need to be off the pc like for good and just reconnect with normal people. The sad part is my libido just feels like "-shrug- meh, maybe, maybe not."
