Extreme daydreaming

    So, I'm really struggling nowadays because I daydream a lot. I've been daydreaming for a long time now but now I guess it has reached its peak. I daydream most of the time I'm awake. For example when I'm having a conversation with someone, while riding my bike, while I'm on a walk, and even when I'm listening music. When I'm in my room I just lie on the bed fantasising for hours. I can't even get myself to start studying. Anything that happens in the real world I start to daydream about it.

    I would really appreciate if you guys can help me. Thanks.

    You are running away from reality, from the present moment into the future or fantasies. Try meditation and try to think if there is anything painful in your present moment that makes you run away from it.

    Yeah, I've been thinking about meditation, I guess I should give it a try.
