You've got a lifetime of habits to change, so it's not going to be easy. There's no magical cure-all that works for everyone, otherwise we'd have it published on the front page and the forums would be largely moot. I see you've already done a month, which is a big deal - it's a third of the way to a classic 'reboot'. Keep at it, because I know you can do it and I know you'll feel like a new man when you do it too.
