Extreme hunger on reboot 14 days

    Hello, as i mentioned iam on 14 days streak Reboot. I never really eaten too much food and i was rather skinny with fast metabolism. I never enjoyed food that much like other people. So usually i just eat 2 meals a day and some little snack.Since i am on streak i am extremely hunger, its like all the time i have saliva in my mouth. Do you feel similiar ?

    My appetite varies. I'm an extremist, so some days I'll eat far too much food and feel bad, and some days my calorie intake won't be sufficient enough. Occasionally, I'll have a well-balanced eating day, but that's a rarity.

    Yes... I am eating like a pig, specially in the first week of NoFap. IDK, the body trying to compensate but it did happen to me too.

    Interesting, is this a known thing? Maybe the body needs to rebuild and replenish.
