Hey guys!
I'm 23yeras old been addicted from my youngest age 12

I have severe Addiction and need to fap each day for 3 Days at least per day.

When i don't do it i feel sad.

Any help would be accepted guys and thank you!
 
As comrades here sayed ,replace it with physical exercise, that helps a lot and you feel more relaxed.

I just had a real relapse and I can tell you that hard exercise was one of the reasons for it. It demands from me (at least), a channelling of the energy one gets from exercise into the right direction. I don't agree with everyone saying that exercise is all well and good, one needs to portion it and use the energy derived from it in a manner that is appropriate for ones own situation. Of course in my case I was procrastinating as well, so that's a dangerous combination.

If you sit idle, that power has to go somewhere.

To some, to their dick, and they get a shot off.

To others, their legs. They get up, and work that power to become better.

Hardest thing when facing a problem is knowing when that problem is a thing.

Man, people will say slowly cut down, see if that works for you, it shouldn't.

Try to have a backup plan for when you are hit with strong urges. Have some hobbies and spend more time with social activities.

500 days+ that's impressive, man! I realize that despite the age of 34, I'm the lightweighter here :D Please share with me some of what you do to achieve that?

Bro I'm sorry for deceiving you, that number is because I was absent from NoFap for a long time and I updated my counter now but it hasn't changed. I am the worst bro, I really gave up and now after all the time I have returned.
