Extreme urges on EARLY morning

    I am a person who sleeps quite early compared to others, thus I have no problem resisting the urges at night, but the thing is that i wake up early too, and i can't bring myself to sleep, and its at that time that i usualy slip or relapse, sometimes i even go for a run or do productive things, and i end up relapsing afterwards
    So I really need help with that,

    Sleeping early and waking up early is good, to be honest it's the best hing you can do to start changing yourself, alhough it seems that no one wakes up at he same timeas you , so you may relapse which isnt productive and you Can start changing that by excerise, for 2 mins ATLEAST of pushups or crunches. Reading a book That is helpful, I suggest something that will help your career (Start of small and go your way up to 10-20mins of Excerise and a chapter of a book or 30mins of reading). Looking at yourself in the mirror helps, if you see changes you will be reluctunt to relapse. Also Hide your devices or lock them or you can not charge them for the first 2 weeks so you will be forced to go for the right route.
