extremely bad mood possible in rebooting?

    I am in more than 10 days of hard no-pmo rebooting..

    I find my self with really bad mood, is this usual?

    most of times not horny, but I think, if i masturbate then I will feel better.But I dont want to get drugged with dopamine.

    I kept myself redirected to movies this weekend..good movies- avengers, superheroes type. no-porno

    I think, I should keep in check and focus on studies and other work in bad mood..

    still in flat line. I am reading and youtube about this. I am getting busy with work. I hope this will get over soon. I will again meet my wife for thanks giving vacation starting from this weekend.

    this weekend was bottom of the ocean. I avoided social interaction altogether, with family and friends. There was heart pain due to pressure on what is happening. Even thinking about it now..

    I stopped going to gym or yoga class, where I see sexy girls. I will stop watching youtube channels and any social media.

    I am thinking to go into "monk mode" to finish flatline quicker if it is possible?

    In the end, it's just down to patience and time. We are all different.

    Things that may help: Gym (Helping your brain getting dopamine) and healthy foods (giving your brain the tools to heal your brain)

    Going to gym is a good thing. It is proven to be healthy for your brain. Don't mind the sexy girls. As long as you don't watch pixels on a screen, everything is fine.
