Eye contact.

I'm the same man I honestly start twitching from my eyes or mouth when I like a girl I heard its because we put so much high expectations on ourselves which is why I get so nervous that's how bad porn has messed me up and I also heard its not good to force or do to much Fake smiling because we're confusing our brain when doing this to much, like me it hurts cuz I'm not a natural smiler . Oh by the way I'm a cashier at grocery store so guess how many attractive woman I have to see lol and sadly I have to force this makes me more awkward and nervous lol eye contact is so weird I'm still trying to figure it out not easy that's for sure
