Seriously F*** it. I Hate ir with all my being. Every single scum getting rich because we are too stupid/"weak" and insecure to recognize how much actual damage this whole industry is making in all of us.

I'M DONE! I'M ROARING HERE RIGHT NOW, AT THIS POINT OF MY LIFE.

I-HATE-PMO. I Want a better life not just a ghost that keeps in his circle of selfloathing. F*** that. I deserve better, such as you.

I'm saying this for you and me: WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS.

    KEEP.
    MOVING.
    FOWARD!

I suppose the hatred could be effective as a short term strategy (such as to get thru the first 30 days). But longer term it is more beneficial to focus on the positive benefits that the PMO abstinence provides instead of the PMO itself and the pr0n industry.

In my case i wasnt even actually supporting the pr0n indistry since I was getting my videos on torrent or on porntube/pronhub/redtube with an ad-block extension

This porn addiction has been very hard for me to overcome and one of the main reasons is that if I fall off the wagon and have just 1 fap I have noticed that the "consequences" are very mild. Its not like I am not going to show up to work since I fapped at night. Im not going to wreck my car or lose $3000 or what-have-you

So because the consequneces are so mild and because the postive dopamine and good feelings are so pleasant.......That is what makes this a much harder addiction to kick compared to say alcohol.

Whish to tell I'm just blaming the world but PMO is a two sided problem, the industry is just P but the rest is just me finding ways to evade the actual problems in my life. It's hard to focus on the positive side when you're in a puddle of self pity and the "easiest choice" to feel less pain.

I'm angry at myself more than the industry (there are lots of other addictions with its own industry. P is just one of them, anyway) but the whole point of my previous post is just allowing myself to be angry and write it publicly so I can swore I'm not allowing myself to be a slave anymore.

    Sorry if I bothered you.

    Have a nice day :)

I think that porn, alcohol, fast-food/junk-food and tobacco are never going to go away. It is easy to blame the evil conglomerates that peddle these addictive products but in the end if is UP TO US to simply not buy them and not seek them out.

Now that we know the truth we can make the smart choice to abstain from these poisons and watch as mainstream society indulges these addictions and weakens their own health and longevity. A more ruthless mindset would see that your competitors are being weakened by indulging in these poisons on a daily basis and now you have a leg-up on them. Same as the fools that squander hours a day on social media or watching Hollywood movies/tv
