always try and double what you did last time. Recognize your triggers. Stay away from social media (i haven't been doing that lately and its been making my urges much much stronger).

When you don't think about it, it doesn't cross your mind. Stay busy and active, and soon porn won't even be a factor in your life.

    Head up brother!

9 Days! Strong work! Keep this in mind: If you were to relapse every other day, you would be fapping 50% less!! You will be successful if you don't give up! Lifelong journey brother. Learn from the relapse and it will not be failure. Journal around the event. Why did it happen? What were you doing minutes before? hours before? days before? How was your diet? Were you exercising? Were you engaged in doing things you enjoy? etc. Dig deep with each relapse. It is an incredible opportunity to learn about yourself and ultimately grow stronger and become the warrior you intend to be. Head up! Stay strong. Win! Check out this golden post:

So many people feel so demoralised and deflated after a relapse, I don't think people realise what an important part of the process it is, as macabre and Taqwa have said it's not a failure as long as you learn from it, it's all part of the process of identifying, avoiding and resisting triggers. I'm currently on day 41 hard mode, after what must be 20+ relapses over the course of a couple of years, I have learnt from every one and know how to avoid making the same mistake I made previously. 9 days is a real, solid and inspiring achievement mate, even if you don't think so yourself. Stay strong and don't lose faith.
