falling back in

I feel like i’m falling back into fapping…i was doing sooo good got to 35 days then 21 then my streaks just kept getting shorter and shorter it makes me frustrated because i felt like i was really overcoming this addiction…smh. I don’t know what to do now, i feel like i can do this and i want to do this so bad to get back to my old self, but once i get a trigger i just can’t seem to stop..plz anyone if anyone has advice it would help:
