    had a search cant really find my answer.
    I do see for the most part they're thought of as bad.

    any tips on stopping them?

    Try to change your situation. Occupy your hands and mind with something completely different to what you are doing when fantasies come. But do realise; these thoughts are passing. May may linger and you can try to meditate to help clear your mind as well, but eventually they will pass.

    fantasy is active work by yourself to generate a porno situation, an unreal situation. Just stop them and say no and think about other things. Porn is just one part of it all, do not abstract it from all the other ways of doing the same thing. The real struggle is to get your sexuality and emotional life into the real world of real human interaction with people, not the fantasy

    thanks, the worst time has been in bed, when i cant sleep after doing some meditation, not too easy to occupy my mind with something else then. last night i tried 5 big deep breaths each time it started happening, not as bad but still not fully successful.

    Im not sure i agree its 'to generate a porno situation'.
    also 'just stop them' isnt always possible, hence why im asking for tips.
    'the real struggle...' interesting, i imagine alot of things, not just sex related things, maybe thats not healthy and i need to change it at some point, but i think its something ive always done so not sure if its just how i am.

    Bedtime is a tricky part of the day. Not just for fantasies but in general too when we are trying to reboot. Breathing is a good one. Just try not to explore any thoughts that come into your head. Easier said than done I know but you will find your own way of dealing with it. Just try different methods and find one that works best for you.

    I used to believe porn fantasies and ming were necessary to go to sleep, but since I ave been clean here, I do not have any greater problems getting to sleep or if I wake up in the middle of the night. I get my mind off things and I fall asleep and I think I am getting to sleep faster and easier and longer than before
