Hi, when I am receiving a handjob and occasionally a blowjob or having sex I fantasise about other women being involved. I don't like doing it particularly as I feel it's cheating in a way, and would rather just enjoy the experience without creating a mini porno scene in my mind.

My question is do you do this? And as I go further into this Nofap journey will I be able to stop doing it, and just enjoy the experience for what it is?

Yeah, it's happened to me lots of times, especially lately...
When having an intercourse with my wife, I had to focus on some P or Psub fantasy to get to the O...

One of the main reasons I'm working on Nofap is to put an end to this, and to get back to having a true connection with my wife while intimating...

Can't tell you how I'm doing, since I'm just on day 12 and hadn't the occasion to intimate with my wife yet...
But I'm pretty sure PMO is the reason for this problem and that Nofap is the way to go...

I've had the same struggles, OP. I have PIED - porn induced erectile dysfunction - and am hoping that rebooting will not only help that, but help rid the fantasizes (during sex, etc.) from my mind, too.
