Fantasizing future moments

Hey guys,

Hope you all moving inch-by-inch towards the person you want to be.

Although i am not looking at porn or other disturbing content but i am fantasising the moments with my would be wife and i think that is bad and i need to stop it.

The moment i start talking to her i feel unnecessarily more horny and fantasising that triggers more unnecessary and unrelated thoughts too which fuel depression.

I am going to bed late at night feeling horny and i get up with heavy eyes deprived of sleep. I need to work on this and stop fantasising the future moments.
