Fantasy. It's all in my head.

How does one avoid fantasizing? The problem with my addiction is that I don't even need to watch videos or look at multiple photos for me to M / O. It get to the point where a single photo, or going outside could trigger and wreck havoc to my progress.

In addition, my "taste" or "fetish" is so easy to be found and imagine so there's that as a difficulty

I am disgusted with myself, and I wish by abstaining and going off from PMO for enough periods of time could repair the damage done to my brain
I also desire my mental clarity, deep concentration and lack of brain fog I had back then when I was 13 ( I'm 18 right now )

    Fortitude42,

I can relate. That is my problem as well and I can promise you that if you are doing the right thing by addressing it now. You are already on the right path because you are aware of what you need to work on. Manitsajnani's ideas sound good. I'd also add, two things to that list:
    1) learn a new skill (play guitar, speaking a new language, learn to cook, playing a new sport, write short stories, or something less cheesy than what I listed)
    2) other people. Make an effort to hang out with other people more. I'm a much better person around other people. Sometimes it is putting on a mask but I find the longer I'm around people, the more natural and enjoyable our interactions become.

We're here if you need to talk. Be proud of what you are trying to accomplish!

actually, every one can relate to this. Every addict fantasizes about the porn he has already watched. But we all know brain can easily forget such things after long streaks. If you have been watching since many years, can you remember each and every porn you have watched? I do not think so. Can you tell what did you watched last year this time? no one will. We even forget all beautiful memories of life from many years ago. Just give it time with long streaks and brain will be filled with new experiences. Divert your mind towards exercise or outdoor activities, brain will adapt accordingly

I've found it takes time to learn how to redirect your thoughts. The best thing for me was when I decided on the exact life I wanted to live and exactly what I wanted to have out of life. Once I made these decisions, I choose to think on these things instead of the things I do not want in my life. Again, it takes time.
