Yo I'm new to this and am not sure how this works except that I can't jack off so here's a bit about myself .I'm a 21 yr old male and have been choking chickens since i was 12-ish or 13. It quickly escalated to watching porn and before I knew it I was hooked. Not long after I started smoking cigarettes and marijuana and by 15 was drinking liquor and doing cocaine. I developed an addiction to speed and prescription meds, by the time I hit 18 a heavy drinker, an addict, slept with the wrong women and a major fapper. It wasn't long before I overdosed and ended up in the hospital. That was pretty much my wake up call to stop messing around and start taking life more seriously. Fast forward 2 and a half yrs later I'm well recovered mentally and physically from all addictions except one....and that's why I'm here. Any help or advice would be well appreciated.
