Hope you're doing well. I'm here to share my experience about NoFap which have an huge impact on my actual and future life.
I'm a guy from France. I'm 26yo and I discovered nofap 3 months ago. The first 2 months i was not regular and not very implicated in this, i was doing some experimentations of few days here and there but not so conclusive. I began my first real streak the 17th September 2019. So I'm actually on my 32 day of my first streak and i decided to extend it to a full reboot of 90 days, because it is so good.

The starting point of all of this ? My premature ejaculation in front of porn, i could seriously ejaculate in less than 5 seconds and without having control over it. From there I felt something was wrong, so i started to search on the web on how to have control over my ejaculation and be able to delay it. For those who have problem with premature ejaculation solo or with a woman, you can do great things with training the perineum. I recommand this.

From there, by searching on the web i discovered randomly nofap, and i begun to read a LOT about, everyday i read stories, watch videos and i found myself very passionate about this topic. As the days go by, I begun to question my relation to sexuality, women, my relation with pleasure, how is see life day to day, my relation with myself, with people, friends, GIRLS, it is a life changing experience for me and i have a lot of things to say.
