First off, I'm so happy to see how active and well this community is; seeing your progress, support, and activities all helped and persuaded me to finally pull the plug and quit. 8 years, 8 damn years trying to quit, I finally did it. I'm proud of all of you making the hardest decision of your life, quitting. I'm sad that I will miss this; Nofap has changed my life. I'm so happy that I will be free from guilt and shame. To all of you who are trying to quit or are doing so. Good job. I don't care how many days clean you are or when you started; you are making a big change in your life.
I will delete my start date and my streak starting tonight since I will reach 6 months; the hidden chains of guilt and shame held me back until now. Keep doing what is best, help others, and keep chasing your dreams and goals.

To conclude, thank you all for your help and support. I will start a new journey in my life; starting today, I will finally be free and live my life normally since I have so much trust in myself. Here are some ways I was able to conquer myself.

Step 1: Acknowledge them; dont be ashamed; they are simply a trick from your mind trying to make you relapse. be happy that you are getting them; its a sign of progress that you are quitting
Step 2: Walk outside and clear your mind, hop on a game, read a book, go outside, pray, and don't let these urges control your mind.
Step 3: Be happy, listen to music, and be with others; your mind will do anything to try to make you fail. If you want to count your days, it really depends; some people gain motivation from days and some don't.
