Fast way to mitigate brain fog from wet dream?

    Had a wet dream just yesterday. I've been lying around vegetated all morning, with little drive (pushing through with willpower) and an almost undue amount of brain fog (as if I've actually relapsed voluntarily, though I obviously haven't). I understand that the process is gradual, and that visible change can only be seen months down the road. The last few weeks have been very promising and hopeful. I haven't felt this much energy in very long; I've come so far as to define a new life of principle and spurn transient means of pleasure and improper thought.

    While new confidence is always something to celebrate, my state of brain fog makes me a little frustrated from not doing all that I could have. I feel my principles **slightly** beginning to peel since the brain fog is a symptom that heralds the past to a degree, but I know that I'd rather die than default on them from today to the rest of my life.

    As the title entreats, is there any good/fast way to clean yourself off of the brain fog that follows a wet dream/episode of nightfall?

    I think intense exercise and a cold shower would be a good way to shift the brain fog, maybe followed by some meditation. If this doesn't help I think just try to get on with your day as usual and try not to dwell on the wet dream as it is completely out of your control. I'm sure the feeling will pass in a few days, it does for me at least.
