Favorite Christian Songs and Groups.

I'm really a fan of Hillsong and ran into this one today:

Since Dec. was Proverbs month, I like this one, too:
18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

Ps. 18:1-2 is along the same line:
:1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David the servant of the Lord, who spoke to the Lord the words of this song on the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. Thank you Lord God, that You know us by name. That You see our tears, our joys, our struggles. You even know when we lose a hair on our head or when a sparrow falls.
That You knew what we would go through, even before the foundation of the earth, and love us much to even die for us, and rise for us
to have the life you purposed and desire for us. We are truly blessed, than you, Lord Jesus.

He's pretty good. I remember when he offered his second album as a free download [this was the days before Spotify and Apple Music].

I don't like the term Christian music since it seems to have us vs them mentality behind it but here's some that would be considered 'Christian':

I don't like most Jeni Varnadeau songs but I love that.

Also Jars of Clay, Johnnyswim, Derek Webb, Sufjan Stevens, Mat Kearney, Jennifer Knapp, Lauren Daigle, Mariah Carey, Nichole Nordeman and Sara Grooves

People have mentioned Gungor and John Mark McMillan, I think they're pretty good too.
