Faygo and abstinence

I heard it can work wonders for a habit. When I encounter girls of size extremes ( fairly chubby to flat chest) on public transport I begin to scrote fartfuriously. Especially when they are creative with their make-up and choice of stockings. I only have access to Faygo, will 6 liters be a decent post workout supplement?
