    Most of us were in the same situation as you are now when we have started our journey . Many of these people who were strong enough to stop PMO are very happy now and have a girlfriend. They don't feel alone anymore. If you want to be like them, be strong now and everything will be ok.

    :emoji_blue_heart:no one could have everything but they do have something.. but something was missing from everything... been travelling through vehicle till now , was time to use my own legs to take me in light out of darkness... heart was filled with so much love..and pain that wanted to take my hands on her cheek.. and hairs.. wanted take my arms around her.. and take nap on her lap.. so that her sweetness could take all my pain away from me..might be uncomfortable for her because in effort to hide my tears i wanted to forget completely how hard i was going to hug her..
    but i drank that glass of feelings back..because dependency on her love of my feelings was so high that i was not even holding my own glass in my own hand..:emoji_heart:

    If you must ask if you should stop .. you havent hit the deep end yet. I wish I could be in your shoes. Dont mess it all up for yourself. Dont take pmo lightly. It is a very lethal drug with very severe consequences. If someone only would have told me when I was younger how damaging this was and I had found research, I would be a completely different person now. I'd be so much more.. heck I'd be something.

    i have something to talk u about... i wanna say that i have an opportunity and am left with just a month to grab that opportunity.. but if i dont take stress it makes me too lethargic and lazy and i dont do stuffs and if i do take stress it takes me to pmo thing what should i do?
