    I see it as 2 ways. Since one could be a fear of sexual failure makes you PMO watching sissy/humiliation/in general any porn. Or watching any porn for an extended amount of time and getting PIED could result in a fear of sexual failure as a symptom. The brain is very complex and every person is different so it could also be both ways at the same time. Culminating in a viscous cycle.
