Hello all, I am 2 days into my PM February reboot. Background is on my profile. I have always been able to stop for 3-4 days when I know I am going to be having sex - this helps reduce the PIED impact, but the impact is still there. I think the reboot journey will become truly challenging in a few days. I have a casual relationship and we have sex about once a week. Any tips or advice out there on getting over the first strong urges? My plan is to try and engage in an alternate activity-push ups, bicep curls, standing up, just anything that is actionable to try and distract from the strong urges. Here we go!
