Feel like a sex drunk

Yes, I am an addict, and I have known that for a very long time. I also have known for a very long time that my addiction was screwing up my life by stealing my creative energy. One of the ways I know this is that when I am not in the throes of it, that is, spending huge amounts of time thinking about sex in the myriad of ways I do that, I become a better person. Better how, you might ask? More outgoing, more attentive, more passionate about other things, quicker thinking and smarter, more physical stamina, and strangely enough, happier! So, knowing all these things, and even having had the body experiences of such, why do I still do it? I am really pissed about this. I just have to find a way.
