Feel like gaming while doing nofap

    Is it just me or does anybody else feel like game binging while on nofap? Games like Rust and Ark that you can spend all day on. Of course I don’t want to because it’s a huge waste of time. I can study, exercise or do something else that will benefit me instead. Perhaps when you play games it does the same things as when your doing pmo? Does anybody have any ideas why this is?

    I've sadly also found the same happen for me. Not sure what I can do about it so far - I really need to spend more time studying but I can't seem to force myself to shift the energy, time, and focus onto that, unfortunately.
