Feel Sore after PMO?

    Hi,

    I've noticed at times that if I've been working out and haven't felt sore, it'll come directly after a PMO.

    Just curious if anybody else has noticed this effect and if you have any thoughts on it.

    It seems to tie into faster exercise recovery times being reported as a benefit of nofap.

    Anybody?
