Day 100 today. After 90 days, it was really hard to resist urges but I controlled. now the next goal is to achieve 200 days mark. One more thing I want to add here is to stay away from spicy food/fast food. They may make your urges 2 to 3 times stronger( as per my exp.). Thanks to all & specially to them who have always been there for me during my reboot. ## fight is still on

As per meditation, I use Vipassana. Power of concentration, but also the practice of letting go of distractions ie urges.

Thanks for the appreciation man. You are gonna make it to 90 & beyond for sure. You just need to have faith in yourself. Quit the damn addiction ultimately.
Vipassana is also a very powerful meditation technique. You can try bhramri technique for better concentration.

I dont know how much helpful this advise might be but I just feel like sharing some insight from my nofap journey.
Dont keep a aim like 90 days 150 days etc. Try make this a habit. If you keep a particular day as a goal the possibility of you relapsing after that is very high. I started off in February 12th 2017 at that time I was of the opinion I'll do this for 90 days and I will be the master of it. But as soon as I crossed the 90 day mark my brain was telling me you achieved the target now you deserve the cheat reward. But I still tried to be clean for like 134 days and eventually relapsed.
Now I'm planning to go w/o the count even though I have a counter set I dont check it. It completely changes your approach towards the method of abstaining. You dont feel obligated not to fap and watch porn you do that because you want to do it and not to get to a particular day to prove that you can do it.

Had a wet dream this morning. Weired dream of 2 nu|}e girls lol. Feeling relaxed. I did not do meditation from past 3 days & today, this happened. ## more focus on seman retention & meditation.

I totally agree with you. If you see my journal, there is not much emphasis on day counting thing & no daily posting of day counting. In some of my posts, I clearly indicated that day count is not that important, quitting the addiction itself is important at all. Day count is helpfull in initial days. After 2 or 3 months, it's clearly upto you that how you are dealing with urges & all. An urge can come any time, in any form ( when watching tv, reading news paper, in a mall when you see a sexy girl or a sudden thought about your favourite pornstar). Then it's totally up to you that how you deal with it.
I was almost trapped by my mind on day 95 but somehow I surpassed it. PORN & MASTERBATION IS EVEN HARDEST FROM COCAIN & OTHER DRUGS BECAUSE YOU NEED TO GO TO A DEALER TO PURCHASE THEM(YOU NEED TO SPEND SOME MONEY ALSO) BUT MASTERBATION IS TOTALLY FREE & IS AVAILABLE FOR YOU ANY TIME.
Stress, depression, frustration, hangovers, boredom, injuries, physical pain, anxiety, embarassment. You know what they are? You know what they're called?
They're called LIFE.
