Feeling bad now what to do ??

Hello beautiful peoples, After my biggest streak, which was of 15 days, I relapsed again. It was so heartbreaking for me; I feel so sad after this. But now I knew what goes wrong with me. I knew the reasons which trigger me and also understand the power of flatline. If somebody is there who also suffered from this condition, please share his views. How he again returns to this journey with more power.
