Feeling 'blah' after S

    During my reboot process, I’ve allowed myself to have S. Tonight, I had S. And… I don’t know.

    I can’t say it’s because of high expectations secondary to P use, but I don’t feel satisfied after, so maybe it is? During S, it feels great, but after O, I just feel… blah.

    I know this isn’t making sense, but I’m having a hard time describing the feeling. Maybe someone can help?

    Youre supposed to feel tired. Physically and mentally. Youre still firing similar dopamine pathways. Brain fog exists after sex as well still involves dopamine.

    If the O felt meh that might be a good sign. If the S felt better than the O then you would crave the S instead of constantly chasing O like with P. Sounds like a win to me. Its also probily because O from PMO is instant quick and easy. Whereas sex tires you out first so the O isnt as enjoyable. Its like getting head while.lying down in bed and reaching O versus having sex for 5-10 minutes before O, different O

    Maybe. But I'm not craving either anymore. If anything I'm feeling a slight aversion to it. Like I want to distance myself from S and O.

    Do what you gotta do man. All the reading im doing lately suggests it take a longgg time for the brain to return to where it was before porn. So you could try S without the O if you need to as well
