Feeling Energetic

Its been 4 days of not masterbating and I am going insane.

I feel so energetic and sharp. After jerking off for 13 years stright for 2-3 times a day, I never realized that this was the reason for my weird dispositions.

I feel less absent minded. I dont feel a clound in brain where I am unable to think clearly. I am feeling super sharp, and excited about life. After 4 days mind you. I really happy that i found out about this problem because I was always depressed because of my character, and I always used to masterbate to make myself feel better. However, now i see that this was the problem for my abnormal personality.
