Feeling "full" down there?

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, May 30, 2020.

  1. So yeah, I assume I'm not the only one who sometimes feels really "full" down there. I'm pretty sure it's a prostate thing (but I don't think it's unhealthy or will cause cancer or anything lol).

Often when it happens I just hope I'll have a wet dream soon but that's not reliable.

It's just quite a triggering thing really because it's like my body is saying it's time for an orgasm. On its own I can handle it, but when I'm also triggered in other ways it becomes really difficult.

Some might say "find a girl", but it's not that simple. For example, lockdown is still going strong where I live.

So anyway, I have got past this problem before (did 93 days hard mode once), but if anyone has any tips I'd appreciate them. Yesterday it contributed to me ending a 30-day streak.

  2. I feel you my friend, sometimes I also have that feeling, but to put it simply, I just endure, workout and spending all my energies in something else, and the urges sometimes pass, or as you said I have a WD and everything pass by its own.
I think that the best thing is to be busy in order to not feel "the fullness".

    Exact feeling bro!
    What I do:
Go Sit down on the floor, forget everything, take comfortable breaths, and let the mind to flow anywhere except P.. And CONSCIOUSLY tell myself I’m not supposed to M..

This physical urge is relatively easy to cope. Mental Failures r the WORST ofc!!

  4. Hmm, I'm not sure I really understand. I do feel like it has more weight down there than when I was releasing it has settled into becoming the norm. And it's not really triggering now, but sometimes I feel more sensitive, like there's a lot of energy there, and I can see that contributing to relapsing. But the "fullness" didn't really bother me after I got used to it.

  5. Yeah you get used to generally feeling fuller down there, and actually it feels better than being "empty" from excessive orgasms.

But sometimes after maybe thirty or forty days of abstinence, it starts feeling a little "extreme". But it's actually okay if you're not otherwise triggered or dealing with stress etc. But if you do have those other things going on, it gets challenging.

I should try and be aware of this issue, and write about it in my NoFap journal and places like that whenever I'm experiencing it. It can help to just admit that things are getting to you.

  6. Sounds like good advice! Thanks.

Yeah sometimes you just have to distract yourself in various ways. Hobbies and interests are good too.

I beleive I am going through something like what you describe at the moment. But in my case, I feel some slight pain and discomfort. Only when I'm sitting in a chair for about an hour though.

Just like you, I have been thinking of orgasm to aleviate the problem... but I don't want to relapse...

I wish this post was some days ago.
I had the same feeling with tough urges that got me relapse after 17 days streak. I believe if I had an excersice it would be gone. I fought it for hours till I broke up. I didn't M, just the flow of the water touching it at shower got me O. It was crazy and it wasn't fun at all. It is like building a tower and some one comes to destroy it.

  9. The issue tends to resolve itself anyway. Maybe you'll have a wet dream, or maybe it'll just feel less full after a day or two. You could try some of the tips that have been suggested here.

  10. That doesn't really sound like a relapse (or reset) If you just had an involuntary O in the shower. Even if you kind of encouraged it to happen, it's way better than what I did a couple of days ago...
