Feeling Huge urges but No erection

    I was in flatline since last 2 days, and now suddenly,
    I am feeling huge urges to touch my penis and fap.
    But the problem is, I am not having any erection on my own,
    I have to stimulate my penis to get erection but not naturally.
    I can sense that my dopamine receptors are more sensitised but no erection without touching.

    Are my hormones out of balance? I mean when you feel libido its natural to get an erection (atleast partial but something should happen down there)
    But I have "dead dick" but still feel huge urges.
    Am I normal? Whats happening here? Anyone?

    This is normal I have experienced it myself. Once after a week a of nofap the urges seemed to be overwhelming for me, but erection was forced. Let your body heal, and do not freak out. I are in withdrawal mode right now. Just keep pushing forward.

    Yeah, I'm feeling that too. Like even if I wanted to relapse, I still couldn't maintain an erection. I'm on day 15 now.

    Ih dude you are doing great I am only on day twelve. Just keep pushing man like happy man said, "Let it rest for 3 months at least." Your body is healing from dopamine. Take your time and let your body reset. Everyone here is cheering i on.
