Feeling like I'm finally ready

    I've been trying for years, but now I have more knowledge and tools than ever. I'm ready to break free from PMO and live an actual human life and be a good man for my wife, kids, and friends. I most want to be free of shame.

    I'm glad this site is here. I know it's gonna help.

    Welcome to the forum. Our addiction causes damage to all the relationships around us. In a way, we form a relationship with porn and it soon becomes the primary relationship in our lives. As a result, our relationship with our friends, family, and children soon start to suffer neglect. A critical part of recovery is reconnecting with our family, friends, community, and ourselves.
