Feeling loneliness

    Its my 11 day the thing are going very well , no urgue , feeling very energetic, but one thing which is hurting me badly is my loneliness and feeling to crying , what should i do .

    If you have friends go and socialize with them. If you have family talk to them. If not go to a bar and talk to the bartender (make sure to leave a good tip). Leave your house or apartment. Leave ypur environment that makes you lonely.
