Do you want to kick your addiction to the curb or not? Do you see yourself in the future, successful and happy WITH PMO? Answer these two questions, and decide for yourself. Don't mask your addiction. Look at it face to face, and make a decision. The longevity of your life depends on it.

Physically put yourself in a place where you can't watch it.

    Exactly this.

Temptation is to be fled, not resisted.

While this might work for some, PMO is an addiction, thus running from the problem might work this time, but what about the endurance of this strategy? This is not foolproof, and when it really comes down to the gist of temptation and PMO is calling his name, will it hold up? That's like telling a crack addict to hide the pipe. PMO addictions are strong. Some have even said stronger than narcotic drug addictions. I suggest evaluating your goals and priorities, and really committing your entire being to defeating PMO. This is something every man must discover for them self.

I know, dude. I was a masturbation addict, too. But step one is flee. The other steps come later.

By flee I mean busy yourself with something positive and constructive.

Again, I can't say running away from an addiction will actually do more good than bad. I say man up, face the beast you created, and decide for yourself if you are going to beat it or not.

I agree. Man up. But first flee until you can control yourself.

  9. These replies above also prevented me to think of it, the most dangerous part of my entire day is when i am at bed.

My two cents: try to go to bed really tired so you can fall sleep quickly.

Just leave your house. Take a walk. Run if you have to. Call your mother.
