Feelings after a workout.

    Do any of you have this problem? Working out just makes me horny as fuck and the urges afterwards are insane! I'm tired, but feeling very sensual/sexual afterwards. (Not all the time, but more often than not). I don't even look at porn, it's all fantasy most of the time. And not just kinky fantasies; they can be about making normal love to a girl with nothing kinky about it. Sometimes I can't get outta my own fucking head. I'm 44, but I know I have a healthy, sexual appetite, but because of PIED, my brain/dick is broken. There's no fuckin' way I'm gonna stop working out because it may be a "trigger". Thoughts? Thank you all in advance! "Kaizen".

    Hey Tony! I do not have this problem, but I do workout and I do have urges every day. There are a few things you could try:

    1. Go running after your workout to clear your mind.

    2. Workout with a friend and then go eat with him afterwards.

    3. Take a quick, cold shower, and get fully dressed.

    4. You could consider even getting dressed in nicer clothes. I know the more casual I wear, the easier the temptations come.

    5. Maybe even just sit for 5-10 minutes to cool down and proactively keep your mind clear of thoughts.

    Basically, I would make a game-plan of what you are going to as soon as the urges come. Then you can be ready for them and be like "I was expecting you. Now GTFO"

    Zigwon, "GTFO"....Hahahaha!!! I like your recomendations and as I was reading them, I also realized that even though I steam and then sauna to unwind after a workout, I come home and put on comfy clothes; Bingo! So much more of a temptation to fap!! Thanks a lot, brother! That's one simple fix! Stay strong!
