felling energetic and urges

    Hi guys confidence sky high at this moment but the urges are strong doing meditation every morning felling sensation in my penis while sleeping and sitting but try fully concentrate on work. old memories are strong and getting back sometime feeling strong nostalgic emotion sometime

    I feel urges like this too. You and I need more time away from pornography, and we will feel less tempted. Stick with this! I am glad your confidence is high. Stay vigilant.

    Plan how to stay pornography-free now, before you are too tempted to resist. Replay what your mind told you when you decided to watch porn, and refute it. Contradict it now, and rehearse your arguments so that when you are tempted, you can remember and fire them off to keep your resolve. This helps me stay away from pornography.
