Felt like I was going to EXPLODE!

Honestly, that's it, I felt like if I didn't M at that moment, I was going to explode or go crazy or something... The urge was so strong, I had to try the cold shower therapy... It worked for about a minute then it was like I was on auto pilot... Before I could get myself together I was already 'hands on'...
I'm on a one week streak now(longest streak in a while). I thought if I didn't M I wouldn't actually die... So I played the Very Next Thing Album by casting crown on my phone and came to the NoFap website. I clicked on the panic button and I displayed some quotes... I ruminated on them with the song '' what if I gave everything'' playing in the background... I just kept my mind off anything arousing and before I knew it, I didn't feel anything hard down there... I was back to normal... And I didnt explode after all...
So P.S: THE MIND IS REALLY POWERFUL! Once you will yourself to do something, you will. So engage your mind to do what is right... And express your will to do right over any urge!
