    Hello, I started watching femdom when I was around 12. I started to become addicted and started masturbating 5 times a week until it became an addiction. Yesterday I was about to have vanilla sex and I could not get a boner. I got so anxious and mad because it was not in my control. I want to stop watching femdom and start liking normal sex. I need help please. What can I do?

    Do a full reboot, the last time i tried having sex was 2 years ago, i could not get it up than either, embarrassing times indeed.

    One thing is certain. Watching more femdom porn won't help. The first step is to stop watching it.

    I also have a femdom addiction. Getting scared that out won't go away made me relapse before in the past. So don't stress so much. Stay focused and do NoFap.
