    Hi All,

For the first time I would like to share about my addiction to femdom porn.

My earliest fantasies had some element of sexual dominance but incredibly mild. With a dial up connection in the mid 90's I discovered internet porn. I initially looked at vanilla material but very quickly I remembered my early fantasies about dominant women and I found a whole world of images available.

Within a matter of days I had gone from mild spanking images to websites like cruella and the OWK. As a teenager at the time, the feeling of exhilaration was overhwelming. I recognise now that I was experiencing anxiety while looking at the images and when this was then combined with sexual release I was hooked.

I have carried shame all my life about these interests. There were days when I had watched this material on a rainy day when I "should have been revising" and the feeling of depression consumed me.

I went to psychotherapy for two years and couldnt pluck up the courage to discuss it. I have been meditating for a few years now and I recognise that anxiety and release has become linked

So, on this site I see the beginning of the approach to dealing with complex Psycho Sexual issues. Reading this site was a bit like the film a Beautiful Mind when Russell Crowe realizes that he is hallucinating by applying rational thought. The more times I give in, the more those pathways are developed.

  2. Good on you for opening up about this man.

Believe me, doing a 90 day reboot will rebalance you. Like you, I had pre-internet interest in female power which escalated when introduced to P on the Web.

There will be a gremlin that says it is part of you and always will be, and it will use that as a way to rationalise porn use.

Porn is never the answer. Recovery, and building healthy relationships is the answer. Within a healthy relationship, you will have the safe space to talk about the desire. The course of time to recover and build relationships, you will rebalance.

I'm on this road and by no means near the end, but I know it is the path forward.

    Stay clean my friend.
