Fetishises how long does it take to overcome them?

    I started looking at porn when I was 7 or there around. The more I looked at porn the more I needed. Mostly when looking at the porn magazines I was attracted to women. I used to be able to get hard just thinking of a woman or just a pair of boobs.

    When I got internet my porn tastes changed. It got more and more hardcore. Till I was looking at sissy pornography. Now I find I’m looking at gay porn.

    The problem is I am still attracted to women I enjoy flirting with them but feel nothing anymore when I see one naked. I can barely get it up, and even when I do it only gets half erect and that’s to porn.

    if I am successful with Nofap, is it possible to completely return to how one was prior to pornography usage? Has anyone else ever beaten this? How long did it take?

    One thing you need to remember is that some fetishes are perfectly healthy and you shouldn’t feel shame over them.

    I’ve been working on my addiction for a year and a half now and have definitely overcome some of the more problematic desires I had in the past. Even when Ive relapsed/acted out, there was some stuff that I had no desire to look at…

    Some things it was almost immediately. Other things it was 3-6 months. It’ll be different for everyone though.
