    Today will be the hardest of the past few days because I will have more stresses.... more intense periods of work....and then slow times. Although I have been doing this for a longer period I continue to find better and better ways to avoid falling. A miscellaneous to do list is great for me. This list includes a number of easy, simple tasks that improve my well being, make me feel like I have accomplished something, and lastly, fill vulnerable time.
