FINALLY 30 DAYS OF PMO

I am completing my 33 days of PMO. So I wanted to share some of the things that helped me get through these 30 days. I would be lying if i said I never felt the urge to masturbate or times when I almost gave in.

But the most important thing that got me going was the sense of belonging to a community that I have got after joining this group. Ever since masturbating since my 7th grade this is the first time I have been able to be devoid of porn and masturbation for so long. I have to say before I joined the group I thoroughly went through all the history and success stories of the nofap community. So everytime I felt an urge I used to tell myself that if so many guys have been able to do it even I can and it is worth the effort.

Every night before going to bed I used to go through the community page put a small status update and also encourage someone who is also trying to achieve the same. Whenever I used to get triggers like some raunchy songs or lingerie ads initially I used to have high urges and I used to still control and it is amazing that if I was able to just hold on for 5 mins the urge would pass away. Then there came a point when I never used to feel any urges when I watch these same videos etc. But sometimes they do return but its easily manageable.

Before nofap I tried once with my own whatsapp group friends but it wasn't successful. But thats where I feel nofap community is the best thing ever. Earlier even I used to make jokes saying nofap jokes. But now I know its the one of the best things that has happened to me.

I am now able to easily hold conversations with beautiful women without any kind of sexual tension or other raunchy thoughts. I take cold showers two times daily. Read lot of books. Also try to dress the best I can everyday. Listen and watch videos of RMRS,TMF and Alpha M. everyday to better myself. The journey is still long for me but I will try to continue with the support of all your love and prayers.
