I FINALLY DID IT. NoFap is totally worth it keep grinding. I’m 20years old and I learned I had PIED when I started a new relationship in December 2019. I started NoFap on Jan 17th and it took exactly 3 months up until April 17th to be capable to have sex. My habits before were PMO 1-2 times a day since I was 12, and I was a virgin before this relationship. This is how I overcame PIED during my new relationship. (Started dating in December) How I did it... Month 1 (Jan 17- Feb 17) NO PMO AT ALL. Educate your self. After multiple failed attempts to have sex and other physical things early January I knew I wasn’t ready and I told my partner I wanted to wait. You will notice Flat lines and some days where you are horny as can be.. Never test yourself, trust your body and mind to heal. I noticed morning wood comeback only 2 morning this 1st month. CUT PORN OUT COMPLETELY FROM HERE ON OUT. I myself am cutting out mastberbation permanently too. You must cut masturbation out to recover from PIED there is no way around it. Month 2 (Feb 17 - March 17) Try and see what happens with HJ, BJ and sex but expect to fail, I can almost guarantee PIED won’t be tolerable until at least 90days. At day 30 I let my girlfriend start giving me HJ and BJ... it was incredibly hard to keep erections during this month and I went soft almost each time she did them.. just relax and it’ll come back. Introduce your brain to real sexual contact. At the end of month 2 HJ and BJ will be incredibly more enjoyable than when you started because you are gaining sensation back in your penis. You may experience delayed ejaculation during these little sessions which is normal just make sure not to force anything. At the END of Month 2 morning woods would come back 2-3 times a week. Month 3-(March 17 - April 17) Keep letting your partner give HJ and BJ during this period. (They become and feel amazing) I also tried and failed to have sex ATLEAST 10x this period.. keep trying no matter what, you need your brain to relearn what real sex is. I noticed my erections getting stronger, lasting longer, and I noticed I was getting turned by anything my girlfriend would do. On April 13 I had sex which I wasn’t even expecting to do. It worked and I was in shock, we tried again the next day and bam.. it worked again. Each time we tried since April 13 I have been successful. I am nowhere near healed because I still can only have sex and maintain an erection in a few positions but each time I notice improvements! (I don’t last very long but that’s expected for a little bit) Conclusion.. Stick to NoFap and do no PM at the very least to beat PIED. It took me 3 months to have tolerable sex and it was incredibly worth it. I’m never looking at porn again and am cutting out masturbation permanently. I’m nowhere near healed but I’m getting better every day and am able to finally have sex with my girlfriend.. biggest success I could ask for. Trust the process.

I was incredibly embarassed about this situation and told her I had very bad performance anxiety. I still feel bad and will tell her the truth soon as more time passes but I believe PIED and performance anxiety come hand in hand. After failing from pied I’m sure it caused a lot of unessacery PA. Once you put in a good amount of time and let your body heal and have sex a couple times the PA will go away. She helped me my being patient and we just sticked to doing HJ and BJ and letting me go down on her. Couldn’t ask any more from her she helped me so much through this.
I noticed it come back more AFTER having sex normally. It came back probualy 50% when we started having sex. I still don’t wake up with it every day but I notice it happening more than it ever did before
When I was laying down with her on top works the best but it took a couple try’s in the beginning for this to work, but right now it is the go-to cause it works so well. Positions where she does most of the work while your able to relax is what I’d recommend until your strong again. Each time after beating PIED it becomes better and you will physically feel stronger “downstairs” and be more confident doing different positions
