  2. Did you experience paws like tension or pressure in the head or others? Were you a heavy and long pmo addict? Did you experience urges or cravings after 90 or 100 days?

I honestly can't remember if I felt that, but I definitely were fatigued and foggy for the longest time.
Even after 117 days, I still get urges sometimes and I do feel flatline occasionally not gonna lie but it's obviously less than before.
Though now I am so indifferent about P itself, I don't feel that "rush" when I see a triggering photo, video, or sound, so it's easier to control.

I am going in similar direction, after many relapses, at this point what I focus on, is the good parts, like I didn't even realize I am at Day 3 today, because I have been busy with other stuff.

Its like when you pay attention to something you don't want, that continues to replay in your life. So now my focus has been about starting the day with simple breathing practices or just short meditation sessions (5 to 10 minutes) and the rest of the day is all about personal projects or doing chores or simply going out for a breather.

Really awesome stuff, thanks for sharing your insight too :D !

Man, that's exactly how I started my current streak.
As long as you stay busy and turn it into a daily routine, you won't focus on what NOT to do anymore as it becomes a habit and before you know it, you're at 90 days :D
    Good luck!

Healthy brain function, better blood flow, more energy, focus, etc.
I still take them sometimes when I'm not feeling 100% energy and focus wise.

First time I had sex during recovery was around day 20-25 and it was terrible. I couldn't get hard, had no energy, it was bad.
Best sex I've had was around days 75-80

Such an encouraging story! Congrats brother. I've started these cold showers, I do them for like 10 seconds (if that) and then laugh it off. Need to man up a bit me thinks.

Quite some time has passed, hope the brothers in this thread fixed their problems. I've got bad PIED and I feel terrible that I'm letting down my gf. I've phased out porn already since 2 months ago. I was getting curious into homo and sissy. I cut it out. I'm mainly upset I let it go on for this long without finding nofap. I went to see doctors, spent a lot of money on bullshit treatment. Doctors I've come across only care about money (as to most people in the world unfortunately).

I feel better than ever now and have 0 urges to watch P. Got morning erections back but other than that the penis shows no signs of life appart from recent ocassions when I've been flirting with my gf, I've felt rumbling but no semi or anything. Due to some events gf and I have decided to take things slow and she's really frustrated and I appear to have conditioned her to foresee bad sexual experiences with me. I get it, but at least I'm working on it.

I'll likely have a chance for sexual stuff next week, I'll see how it goes. May take an ED pill to help me get over the finish line :)

  15. I'm currently on day 7 and running has helped me immensely, although I like to run though. I come home from work and go for a run, by the time I'm home in bed I'm too tired to even think of fapping. The longest streak I had before was 28 days back in February, but at time I was on a high school swim team and swimming didn't really help me much because I was so sick of it since I've swam for 7 years straight. I'm finally ready and determined to break this addiction.

Hey man I am on day 10 and I masturbated to my mind not porn. I don’t believe that counts as a reset unless I constantly masturbate. My reboot plan is to get a blowjob or masturbate every 10-15 days since masturbation isn’t the problem, but the porn is with the high levels of dopamine. What’s your take?

QUOTE="GettingAGrip, post: 1683305, member: 239408"]So I posted a threat 3 days ago about being finally cured of PIED and how amazing it feels, etc.
Many of you are probably wondering if I did anything else during the recovery period that helped speed it up and show better results so I thought I'd get into it, simple and straight to the point!

    • Time - Like I said in my previous post, the main thing that helped me recover was giving it time. Give it as long as it needs. There is no specific time period as it differs from each person. Don't relapse (and if you do, stay strong and start over. I did multiple times.
    • Exercise - I started running everyday for 20 minutes for about a week and a half then I stopped because, I'm not gonna lie, I hate cardio. I found an alternative that I enjoy and I've been doing ever since. Boxing. I've boxed and trained every single day for the past 80 days or so.
    • Cold showers - I started taking cold showers almost everyday. Just a quick 30-60 second cold shower.
    • Meditation - You don't have to yoga-pose a 30-60 minute meditation session every single day. I meditated for 10-20 minutes for a few days. Now I just try to relax my mind and breathe. Always breathe properly and throughout your whole body.
    • Supplements - I started taking L-Citrulline, Korean Panax Ginseng, Vitamin B-Complex (which contains B-6), Ginkgo Biloba.
    • Hobbies - Keep yourself busy as much as you can. Don't sit in your room for hours doing nothing. Get off your lazy ass and stay active. Pick a hobby and add it to your routine. (I found Sudoku to be very helpful as it keeps your brain going. I play it every single morning before work).
    Things to avoid:
    • DO NOT give in to temptations
    • DO NOT look at pictures or videos of any kind that could lead to a relapse (we all know which. Instagram models, suggestive movies and music videos, etc)
    • DO NOT give in to depression
    • DO NOT give up or think it's a hopeless case
    • DO NOT be lazy
    • DO NOT be hard on yourself
It really is simpler than it seems. Just DO NOT GIVE UP.

If you guys have any questions or want any specific details, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me or comment here. I am more than happy to help.
I want to see every single on of you cured, okay?!
    WE CAN DO THIS I PROMISE. LET'S F*CKING GO!!![/QUOTE]
