Finally getting rid of PMO

Hello everyone,

I am new to this community and finally want to get rid of my addiction of watching porn and masturbating to it multiple times a week (with orgasm or edging), because I recently realized I am no longer attracted to woman with a different body shape than those perfect bodies seen in porn and that I actually already prefer masturbation to sex with a woman. Also apart from sexual life my addiction has had a negative impact on my performance at work and my social life.

Addiction: PMO for 18 years

Several years ago I tried to get rid of my PMO addiction for the first time (within a different community), but I failed and I think my longest period to abstain was only 42 days.
Now I want to change that, my first target being 90 days without PMO. Honestly speaking I do not think I will be cured after 90 days already, still I think set targets should seem achievable. And I will also need an accountability partner, but I will look for that separately.
