    Hi fapstronauts!

    I am a christian married male from Finland and been hearing here and there about this forum/site for a while. Now I decided to give it a try and come part of this community. The posts that I read here are very encouraging and sincere. I think that's the reason I am here now. I want to be PMO-free and even more: learn to keep my thoughts pure. I've been trying to achieve those goals alone but now I realize I need YOU to help me, too! Most of all, I want to do this for God, for my wife and also for myself. Let's do it, day by day!

    I wish you much success with these goals. It will not be easy. Journal your accomplishments and seek support from us here. The fact that you signed on is important because you really WANT to make this happen. Here, you are not alone. As a Christian also I understand the struggle. Be strong, my friend. You can do this.
