Finally i landed at right place

i thought i am the only one struggling to stop PMO but when i came here i saw many people working hard to stop it. From this i assumed that PMO equals to drug addict system. Hope this #NoFap mode adds benefit to me ;-) fingers crossed.

My initial step is that i stopped using my smartphone. so NO fb, whatsapp ,porn videos which triggers PMO. I felt that smartphones are the biggest threat to start PMO. Smartphone are getting smarter, NOT us. Further steps to be created for the combat.
